The Universe and You

To understand ourselves we have to understand our connection with the universe. We are a part of it and therefore subject to its laws. Simple. We were created from the universe one day, and we will get reabsorbed by it one day. We are made of up of the same matter and energy found in everything else on this universe. The elements that make up our bodies and all other matter on earth originated within the stars like our sun. Whether is it the solar system, the stars, the earth, the trees, anything and everything. Everything in the universe is interconnected. We don’t realise the extent and magnitude of the words: We are one. In the truest sense of the words. Elements on the earth are recycled and for all you know, you may have particles of something that lived and walked the earth some million years ago. Water has been recycled over and over. The world around us is ever changing and interacting. The universe creates us, preserves us and then destroys us. We must relate to this fact with humility, awe, celebration and search for deeper understanding.

 

All around us including our own bodies, there is change. Our humanistic perception of the world, time and space is different from that of other living species. We don’t see the magnetic contours of the earth’s crust yet other creatures see it. We don’t see photon particles or waves without special equipment. We see solid shapes around us, yet matter is made up of atoms, which consist of empty spaces. Atoms are yet again made up of quantum particles, which are infinitely smaller bits of information and energy. It is widely believed that the particles in quantum mechanics are metaphysically strange. They can appear and disappear in an instant, appear in two places at the same time, perhaps they are actually one particle looked at from different perspectives ,who knows, they can communicate over vast distances. It is physically impossible to know both the momentum and position of the particles at a given time. Out of these particles, the neutrinos are the most mysterious. They played an essential role in the evolution of the universe, and their tiny nonzero mass may signal new physics at very high energies. Our bodies as we know it, are also made up of particles or bits of energy.

 

Einstein’s famous equation ( E = mc² ), states that Energy = Mass times the speed of light squared. On the most basic level, the equation says that energy and mass (matter) are interchangeable; they are different forms of the same thing. Under the right conditions, energy can become mass, and vice versa. We humans don't see them that way—how can a beam of light and a walnut, say, be different forms of the same thing?—but Nature does. This applies even to our bodies, which is not solid at all. They consist of quantum energy and information which vibrates at particular frequency. The quantum field of energy and information is pure potential. It is manifested as the matter we recognize simply by our observation of it. What this means is that potential energy and information collapses in the direction of our intention when we observe it. Which further simplified, means we can influence the nature of matter purely by our thoughts and intentions.

 

We have conscious control over our own reality. All this takes time and application of sustained attention because the field of matter reacts more slowly than our thoughts. Most people don't consciously consider intention. Intention focuses on beginning action not end results. The vibration you send out with an action can have more impact that the actual action - think "I had the best of intentions". With intentions and energy there are two main vibrations (energies, intentions, reason for all thought and action). LOVE OR FEAR - everything else falls into sub-categories of one or the other. These states hold two very different vibrations. Love has a much higher, lighter, frequency. Fear is a much lower, darker, heavier frequency. Therefore, where you hold your intention equals the kind of vibration you are sending and attracting to your Self.
